COVID-19 L2 Operational Status

Please note that we are now back to full capacity throughout Covid-19 Alert 2.

We are implementing stringent rules to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers. To ensure limited contact between staff we are operating a reduced sales and support crew in all of our locations. Our office entrance doors will be locked and access will be limited.

All orders for collection must be pre-arranged with a minimum of one hour's notice. These orders will be made available in a designated place outside the warehouse roller door for collection. We will be keeping a log of all persons collecting orders for contact tracing purposes. Please advise the name of the person doing the pick-up at the time of placing the order.

As required by Level 2 regulations, some of our sales team will be working from home and are all available via cell phone. Please direct sales and support enquiries to them in the first instance. There will be reduced sales and technical support available from our office-based team.
